Celebrating 60 years of Service to the Community 

In 1951 of a small group of Pequannock Township citizens decided they want to form an ambulance service for the residents of the community.  Back than the township was not the size it currently is so the squad has gone through several changes throughout the years. Now, the 50+ members of the Pequannock Township First Aid and Rescue Squad service the over 15,000 person population of the township. 

The First Aid Squad is a private, not for profit organization, completely independent from the Township of Pequannock.  The operates under the direction of a 3 member board of trustees.  The Squad's daily operations are handled by a 6 member adminstrative executive board and a 3 member operational  staff. 

For 60+ years the Pequannock Township First Aid Squad has been recognized by within the state and township.  The service of our members is widely appreciated and the honors received by the membership are truly taken to heart.  The squad feels honored to help the citizens of Pequannock Township and the surrounding communities 24 hours a days, 365 days a year.
